What is digital transformation?
Digital transformation is the most popular term used to describe the current phenomena. Other terms such as business transformation or transformation might be related to the same description. This term is wide open in its context to describe a plethora of definitions and views, a reason why many companies have tailored the definition to market their product or services, creating confusion in business industry leaders when planning its adoption.
At Constant Balance Consulting, we have researched this ‘phenomena' from many perspectives, reading and listening an extensive set of views with the main intention to understand, as factual as possible, the cause, its progression, and its behaviors; leading us to share with confidence our view, while keeping our senses open to refine its understanding as much as possible. A ’transformation’ we feel, will mark a turning point in business. Lastly, we will use the term ‘business transformation’ to closely reflect our perspective.
We build strategies.
